Memorial Stone Dedication 1st July 2022
F/O Malcolm Ravenhill’s memorial stone dedication happened on Friday 1st July 2022 in the village of Ightham, Kent. This is the latest RAF memorial stone to be unveiled by the Shoreham Aircraft Museum in Kent. Thank you to everyone that has donated to the museum making the project possible. A massive thanks obviously goes to to all involved with the process, particularly the passion and commitment of Geoff Nutkins and Doug Parry at the museum.
Sadly due to the coronavirus situation the memorial unveiling on April 24th is understandably postponed. The situation will be reviewed in the near future and I will update this site when I have further information.
Remembered today RIP.
